Omah Lay expressing his disappointment with how he is being treated in Uganda has gone viral after being shared online.
LIB reported earlier that Omah Lay and his fellow Nigerian singer, Tems are being charged with “negligently doing acts likely to spread infectious diseases” after performing in a show in the country. While Omah Lay was taken to Kitalya prison, Tems was taken to Kigo prison.
A video from their arraignment in court today December 14 has been shared online. Omah Lay was seen in the video telling the police officers who were handcuffing him that he is not a criminal but only came to their country.
He also complained about the handcuff being too tight after asking why he’s being “handcuffed”.
