A magistrate court in Lagos on Tuesday January 14, struck out a vehicle robbery allegation documented by the police against Nigerian rapper Adeyemi Fashola a.k.a Naira Marley, his two brothers Idris and Babatunde Fashola; and their cousin Kunle Obere.
Prior to the continued preliminary yesterday, Naira Marley and other co-defendant were blamed for taking a Toyota Camry with Enrollment No. Charge 120 AA esteemed at N1.8m and an iPhone X5 worth N330,000.
Despite the fact that the rapper was missing at the trial yesterday, it was assembled that the vehicle burglary charge was struck out after the court got a settlement understanding between the complainant Mr Adelekan Ademola and the four defendants.
